Graphic Designer

The Graphic Designer will collaborate with the Marketing and Sales teams to help plan and execute effective designs for brand awareness and recruitment efforts.

As a Graphic Designer at Goodland Tech, you’ll be part of a group of creatives responsible for project management, asset distribution, filmmaking, production, content development, design, photography, and much more. We’re looking for someone who loves collaboration, has a passion for visual communication, and dreams of making an impact with their design abilities.

Who you are:
  • An experienced designer who can produce large amounts of quality work quickly
  • A natural self-starter and flexible multitasker who can work independently and thrive in a collaborative team environment
  • Passionate about using social media as a platform to reach people
  • Comfortable with shifting deadlines and tight turnarounds
  • Always looking to improve your skillset, so you crave feedback knowing that it makes you a better artist
  • Have worked in Adobe Creative Suite(including Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator)
What you’ll do:
  • Create original designs within brand guidelines to support Goodland Tech’s social media and marketing platforms, like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and more
  • Work with stakeholders to design digital and print pieces for a wide variety of recruitment programs, events, and campaigns
  • Execute design strategies for new campaigns and work within the vision of existing brands
  • Juggle multiple responsibilities while managing your time well
For bonus points:
  • Your Adobe CC keyboard shortcuts are muscle memory
  • You hold 3-5 years of experience in graphic design
  • You appreciate the occasional office shenanigans
